We package and protect your LEV MÉS jewellery with care so that it reaches you safely.
Below you will find information about shipping costs, delivery times and the shipping process.
Shipping within Germany
We deliver throughout Germany.
Shipping costs:
€5.99 per order
Orders of €100 or more are shipped free of charge within Germany.
The carrier used will be stated in your dispatch confirmation. Tracking will be provided where it is available for the selected shipping method.
The usual delivery time is:
3–5 business days from dispatch confirmation
For individually inspected, special or selected jewellery, processing may take slightly longer due to additional quality checks.
Shipping process
Once payment has been received successfully, your order is carefully checked, prepared and handed over for shipping.

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation by email.
Where available, this email will include tracking information.

Jewellery items are dispatched after the order and availability have been successfully checked.
If an item is no longer available due to a technical error despite being shown as available in the online shop, we will inform you as soon as possible.
Any payments already made will be refunded in full.
Delivery delays
We make every effort to process your order quickly and reliably.
If delays occur due to circumstances beyond our control, for example carrier delays, exceptional events or official measures, we will inform you as soon as possible.
