Refund policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement, for example by email.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs.

This does not include supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.

Returning the goods

You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Please package the jewellery carefully to prevent damage during return transport. Returning the goods in their original packaging is recommended, but it is not a condition for exercising your right of withdrawal.

Handling the goods and diminished value

You may inspect the goods as you would be able to in a shop. You are liable for any diminished value of the goods only where it results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your individual specifications or clearly personalized to your needs.

This applies in particular to jewellery made specifically to individual customer requirements, including:

  • custom-made items outside our regular range,
  • personalized engravings,
  • jewellery made to a design specified by you.

The statutory right of withdrawal continues to apply to standard items offered in our regular range.

Damaged or faulty goods

Please inspect your order on receipt. If an item arrives damaged, is faulty or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at info@levmes.com. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

Electronic withdrawal function

During the withdrawal period, you may also exercise your right of withdrawal through the return and cancellation function in your customer account: https://account.levmes.com. After submission, you will receive confirmation by email without undue delay.

Your right to exercise withdrawal by another unequivocal statement, for example by email to info@levmes.com, remains unaffected.
